I can deliver in almost any format that is standard in the industry. I work primarily with Adobe products, so PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG, etc., are standard. Sorry, I don’t work with Canva. Therefore, I can’t save documents in a Canva format.

I have found Trello to be an excellent way to handle design requests. Once you’re signed up and ready to make your first design request, you’ll receive an easy set of instructions for creating a free Trello account to start your design requests.

Not a problem! This is expected in the design world. I can make as many changes as possible until you’re delighted with the design.

No problem. You can pause your subscription when those designs have been completed and return when ready to resume work.

The unlimited graphic design package means no limits on how many assets I will create for you. The Silver and Gold packages have an asset limit of 10 and 20.

Unlimited users refer to users within your company. Multiple co-workers of your company can work with me instead of being limited to one.

It depends on which plan you are subscribed to. The Platinum “unlimited” package includes just about everything imaginable. Please see the “All Services” section of the site for all the details.

Each subscription package includes a certain number of requests, designs, and design types that I will create for you. The Platinum package comprises unlimited requests, techniques, and all design types.
